My parcel was delivered to Pinetown instead of Pietermaritzburg. I communicated vis watsup with sand candle representative. She was the most kindest & helpful person. She kept me in the loop all the time as to what is happening. A 10/10 for excellent service. The product is excellent & i love it . Love & light May your business grow from strength to strength. Well done !!
I love candles, and I have just found my new candle!
I love the sand candle the aesthetics it gives a room, and i loved most of the scents i got. Always get asked where i got it by my guests. I had a tiny hicup with my order and they manage to sort it out swiftly - thank you so much. Def coming back for the scents and need the black sand it has been out of stock for some time.
I love it
You canāt smell the fragrance oils at all :( very dissatisfied
Love, love, love this! Great gift idea. Would definitely go with a bigger size āsandā cause, even though I love the look of the finer sand, you have to blow the flame out very carefully so it doesnāt get everywhere.
From placing order to collection the process was quick and efficient!!! Service was incredible! Cant wait to give my purchase as a gift!
