Defamation warning
We have had only 2-3 claims of being a scam, purely because there have been delivery delays. Kindly note that legal action will be taken should you feel brazen enough to cause reputational damage by commenting on our social media videos insinuating that we are fraudsters and scammers. We do not take lighlty to this as we are 100% legitimate.

Urgent requests
If you know that you are ordering with a specific date or occasion in mind, please communicate that with us before you place your order. If you order on a Monday and need your package by Wednesday, we are not obliged to fulfil it before the stated time in our order confirmation email to you which is 5-7 working days. Let us know and we will try our best.

I'm having issues with the courier
Once your package leaves our premises, we are not responsible for it during the couriering process, handled by our trusted courier partners. If there are delays on their end or rescheduling of delivery times, please kindly use the tracking link we provide you with in your order shipment email and contact the courier company with your queries.

Whilst we have a duty to uphold professionalism at every point of your purchasing journey with us and whilst we are grateful for every single order and ounce of support, we are not obliged to tolerate rude and disrespectful interactions just because your order might be delayed or otherwise.
