Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you haven’t used your product and it’s still in its original condition, our return policy is designed for you:

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original packaging. You have 7 working days from the date of shipment arrival to initiate a return and any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return, please contact us at info@sandcandle.co.za. Please use "RETURN + YOUR ORDER NUMBER" as your subject line. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package as well as a link to pay the return shipping fee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return and refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping fee. We process refunds once a month on the 25th day of each month. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too, no refunds are made with immediate payment/clearance.
